Laura J. Stein was born in New York City. She received a BFA from Cornell University with additional studies at the Pratt Institute, the School of Visual Arts, Parsons School of Design, Cooper Union, and the Art Student’s League. She recently had solo exhibits at the Arno Maris Gallery,Westfield State, MA; Works On Paper, Sinclair College,Dayton, OH; Sheetz Gallery, Penn State Altoona, Altoona, Pa. Her work has been featured in many online publications such as the ColumbiaJournal.org, 365Artists365Days.com, and Dialogist.org. She currently lives and works in New York City.
